1. When will I receive my tracking number after placing my order?
After placing your order, please allow 48 hours for us to process your order and provide you with your tracking number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to track your package.
2. What is the delivery time for my order?
Our teams make every effort to deliver your order within 8 business days from the shipping date. Please note that this time frame may vary depending on the product ordered, your delivery location, and any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
3. Why might I receive my package in multiple shipments?
It is possible for your order to be shipped from different warehouses, depending on the availability of the products you ordered. Additionally, when ordering different types of products (e.g., clothing and jewelry), these may be sent in separate containers to comply with French parcel shipping regulations. Therefore, you may receive your items in multiple shipments. Do not worry: this does not change the cost of delivery, nor the initial delivery time.
