Return and Refund Policy – Boutique Palestine

1. Return Policy
The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify their decision or pay any penalty.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision by email to info@boutique-palestine.com, specifying the order number, the products concerned and their full contact details.

A standard withdrawal form is also available on the site and may be used to exercise this right. This form must be completed and sent by email to info@boutique-palestine.com

2. Return Conditions
Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) within 14 days of communicating the withdrawal decision, to our nearest depot: the address will be provided by email.

Return shipping costs are covered by Boutique Palestine. Any product that is damaged, soiled or incomplete will not be refunded or exchanged.

3. Personalized Products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized (e.g. first name, date, custom text).

No return or refund will be accepted for these products, except in the case of a proven defect or error on our part.

4. Refund
If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the required timeframe and conditions, Boutique Palestine will refund the customer the amount of the returned products as well as the initial delivery costs (excluding supplements), within 14 days of recovering the goods or proof of their shipment.

The refund will be made via the same payment method used when placing the order, unless the customer agrees to another method.

5. Defective Products or Order Error
If a defective or non-conforming product is received, the customer must inform customer service within 3 working days of receiving the package, with supporting photos. A return or replacement will be offered free of charge.
