Terms and Conditions – Boutique Palestine
1. Seller

2. Products
Boutique Palestine sells standard and personalized products dedicated to Palestine. The essential characteristics of each product are presented on the relevant product page. Visuals are non-contractual but aim to faithfully reflect the product.
3. Prices
All prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), excluding delivery costs. Boutique Palestine reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The price charged is the one in effect at the time of the order.
4. Order
The customer follows an online ordering process, including product validation, entry of personal information, final validation and payment. A confirmation email is sent after validation.
5. Payment
Payment is made online via the secure methods available on the site (credit card, etc.). The order is considered effective upon receipt of payment.
6. Delivery
Products are delivered to the UK, US, Europe and worldwide within the timeframes indicated at the time of the order. The seller remains responsible for proper delivery until receipt by the customer. Shipping is free worldwide.
7. Right of Withdrawal
The customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for personalized products.
For personalized products, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

8. Legal Guarantees
All products benefit by law from:
Legal guarantee of conformity:
- The consumer has two years from delivery to obtain remedy for any defect existing at the time of delivery.
- During this period, the customer may request repair or replacement of the product, unless this entails a manifestly disproportionate cost for the seller.
- No proof of the existence of the defect is required during the first 24 months following delivery.
Guarantee against hidden defects:
- Covers hidden defects that make the product unfit for its intended use or that so diminish its use that the buyer would not have purchased it, or would have paid less for it, had they known.
- This guarantee must be invoked within two years of discovering the defect.
- The customer may obtain a full or partial refund if this guarantee applies.

9. Liability
The seller shall not be held liable in cases of force majeure or customer fault. However, no clause shall exclude liability in cases of non-delivery or non-conformity.
10. Personal Data
Personal data collected is used for order management. Customers have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete their data by writing to: info@boutique-palestine.com
11. Telephone Canvassing
Boutique Palestine does not carry out telephone canvassing operations.
12. Disputes and Mediation
In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact customer service at info@boutique-palestine.com to seek an amicable solution.
The consumer may also have free recourse to a consumer mediator for amicable dispute resolution. The competent mediator is: Consumer Mediation Service.
The European Commission also provides an online dispute resolution platform, accessible at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
No jurisdiction clause shall be invoked against the consumer.
13. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. Where applicable, disputes may also be governed by applicable local consumer law.
