1. When will I receive my tracking number after placing my order?
After placing your order, please allow 48 hours for us to process your order and provide you with your tracking number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number to track your package.

2. Why might I receive my package in multiple shipments?
Your order may be shipped from different warehouses, depending on the availability of the products you ordered. Therefore, it is possible that you will receive your items in several separate shipments. Don't worry: this does not affect free shipping or the initial delivery time.
